2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

Confirmation: A binding contract is formed once s4ht.com or GetYourGuide issues a booking confirmation email to the Participant.


Accuracy: The Participant is responsible for providing correct contact information info@s4ht.com to ensure receipt of meeting point details or schedule changes.


3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are inclusive of local taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated.


Payments are processed securely via GetYourGuide. s4ht.com does not store credit card details.


4. Participation Requirements

Health and Safety: Participants must be in suitable physical condition for the booked activity. Any medical conditions or physical limitations must be disclosed prior to the start of the activity.


Conduct: s4ht.com reserves the right to exclude any Participant from an activity if they are under the influence of alcohol/drugs or if their behavior poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such cases.


5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellation: Cancellations are subject to the specific policy selected at the time of booking (e.g., 24-hour full refund policy).


Provider Cancellation: s4ht.com reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to:


Force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, safety risks).


Failure to meet the minimum number of participants required for the tour.


In the event of a provider-led cancellation, the Participant will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


6. Liability and Insurance

Limited Liability: s4ht.com is liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Liability for minor negligence is limited to the total price of the activity.


Personal Insurance: We strongly recommend that Participants maintain their own travel, health, and accident insurance. s4ht.com is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the activity.


7. Changes to the Program

Minor changes to the itinerary (e.g., due to traffic, local events, or weather) that do not significantly alter the nature of the activity do not entitle the Participant to a refund or compensation.


8. Governing Law

The legal relationship between the Participant and s4ht.com shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Your Country/State].
