• Locker Rentals: While you have your S4HT Health Kit, you may wish to rent a locker at the park entrance or inside Rulantica to store your swimwear or extra layers.

• The S4HT Concept: This experience is built around an active lifestyle. Participants should be comfortable walking an average of 8,000 to 12,000 steps per day to fully engage with the "Healthy Explorers" mission.
• Ride Restrictions: For safety, pregnant women and guests with heart, back, or neck problems are restricted from high-intensity attractions (e.g., Silver Star, Blue Fire, Voltron Nevera).
• Height & Age: Most major roller coasters have a minimum height requirement (usually 120cm to 140cm) and minimum age (typically 6 to 10 years). "Fit for Kids" certifications ensure many areas are perfectly safe for younger children.
• Physical Proportions: Due to high-speed safety bar systems, some attractions may have restrictions based on thigh or hip circumference to ensure a secure lock.

Accessibility Information

• Wheelchair Access: Europa-Park is largely barrier-free. Most shows have designated wheelchair seating, and the EP-Express train is wheelchair-accessible. Note: Some older areas like the Valais Village have historic cobblestones which can be bumpy.
• Rulantica: The water world offers complimentary water wheelchairs for use in the pools and is equipped with lifts to navigate different levels.
• Hotel Am Park: While many units are modern, please note that some older sections of the guesthouse (House A) may not have elevators. Accessible rooms with roll-in showers and grab rails are available in House C upon request.

• Summer Weather: June can be warm. We recommend light clothing and using the hydration flask from your S4HT Health Kit frequently.
• Booking Early: Because Europa-Park is the Best Theme Park in Europe, summer dates (June 18-21) are high-demand. It is best to finalize your "Comfort & Theme" room choices early.

S4HT Active Gear

• High-Quality Walking Shoes: Since our goal is 12,000 steps a day, comfortable, broken-in sneakers are your most important gear. Avoid brand-new shoes to prevent blisters during the "Grand Explorer" mission.
• Breathable Activewear: Pack light, moisture-wicking clothing for our daily "Continental Stretching" sessions and for staying cool while navigating the 17 themed European lands.
• Small Daypack: A lightweight backpack is essential for carrying your S4HT Health Kit(hydration flask and pedometer) and the healthy snack bags we provide for the kids.

Theme Park & Water World Essentials

• Swimwear & Flip-Flops: A must-have for your day at Rulantica Water World and for high-action water rides like Tirol Log Flume or Poseidon.
• Quick-Dry Towel: While available for rent at Rulantica, bringing your own lightweight travel towel is a convenient "pro-tip" for drying off after water attractions.
• Sun Protection: The summer sun in Rust can be intense. Bring high-SPF sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and wide-brimmed hats to protect the whole family during outdoor shows and queues.

Weather & Comfort Preparedness

• Light Layers: Even in June, mornings can be crisp and evening breezes near the Rhine can be cool. A light windbreaker or hoodie is perfect for early park entry.
